Playstation 3 Should Be Able To Handle Three-dimensional Blu-ray

I just hit my head around the ceiling following reading this: The Blu-ray Disc Association has announced that the Playstation 3 is planning to be totally compatible with 3D standards. It is incredible news for PS3 proprietors, who will likely not need to shell out money for a new player for 3D films. According to the newly-released specs, Sony's console will play movies in 3D 1080p, though operating with any and each type of 3D display. That includes LCD, plasma and projection in complete HD, while enabling for 2D playback on both present and 3D players. Adding to the fun will be 3D menus and navigation, giving PS3 proprietors the complete futuristic experience. The crazier aspect is that most recent Blu-ray players will not assist 3D. That means your buddy's standalone Blu-ray player are gonna be useless, though you'll appreciate PS3 games and 3D movement pictures on your exisiting console. It's confident to piss off individuals owners but you will not hear me complaining.
